Advocate Survey sent to members
after reports of non-delivery

August 19, 2010 - BC FORUM has sent an email survey to members asking them if they've received the past edition of the quarterly newsletter, The Advocate, after many members have advised they didn't get their June, 2010, copy in the mail.

BC FORUM President Alice West said, "We know it’s going in the mail. We are paying the postage. But for some reason, many do not arrive in members’ mailboxes. They are not returned to us as undeliverable. They just seem to disappear."

In an effort to find a solution to the problem so BC FORUM can take more than anecdotal evidence to Canada Post, an email survey has been sent to members whose email addresses are on file. The email was sent on August 18 and results will be tabulated before the next issue of The Advocate goes to press.
