Personalized medication plans offered
at UBC Pharmacists Clinic

The UBC Pharmacists Clinic is located at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences Building at the UBC campus in Vancouver. It is the first patient care clinic in Canada that is affiliated with a university and led by a team of pharmacists. Various services are offered at the Clinic, but the main focus is to provide detailed, comprehensive and personalized medication reviews that incorporate patients’ health goals. Services are offered free of charge and everyone is welcome.

During your consultation, you will have one-on-one time with a pharmacist specializing in primary care. They will work alongside you and collaborate with other health professionals involved in your care. Our pharmacists are experts at identifying and resolving drug therapy problems so you achieve optimal benefits from your medications. You will have the opportunity to ask about prescription and non-prescription medications as well as natural health products, and discuss your health goals.

The first appointment is typically 60 minute and can be conducted in-person, via phone or video call. Appointments can be booked online or by calling the Clinic. We strive to develop personalized medication plans with optimal health outcomes for you.

Feel free to get in touch with the Pharmacist Clinic if you have any questions by giving them a call at 604-827-2584 or visiting their website at https://pharmsci.ubc.ca/pharmacists-clinic to book an appointment.
